Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle disputed transactions.
  • Liaising with Merchants for supporting documents based on the dispute reason.
  • Liaising with Acquiring banks for day to day activities.
  • Liaising with internal teams for any transaction related issue.
  • Maintenance of dispute file with cases updates.
  • Follow-ups with merchants and Acquiring banks whenever required.
  • Ensuring timely response to banks for disputed cases.
  • Timely closure of CB/RR/Pre Arb cases.
  • Follow-ups on debit reversal for all the successfully represented cases.
  • Update all record and files pertaining to chargebacks and analysis.
  • Chargeback status to management on weekly basis or whenever required.
  • Carry out detailed analysis of chargebacks and interpret any fraudulent patterns.
  • Ensuring zero financial loss to company on genuine cases.
  • Monitor the chargeback levels against the allowed thresholds and suggest measures to curb the negative inflow.

Professional Requirement:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in dispute handling/ chargeback management.
  • Awareness of Card Associations regulations pertaining to Chargeback process.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to handle escalated phone calls.
  • Problem Solving and Analytical Skills.
  • Must possess a high level of integrity and can be trusted to maintain confidentiality.

Educational Qualification:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
